Community Care Services offers health products and services outside hospital and physicians offices. 

Henry Ford Community Care Services is comprised of:

• Retail pharmacies located in Henry Ford Medical Centers
• Center for Senior Independence, a place for older adults where services are provided to give them an alternative to nursing home care
• Henry Ford Home Infusion, home infusion services, including IV and nutrition assistance
• Greenfield Health Systems, a system of dialysis centers located in Michigan and Ohio
• Henry Ford Health Products, retail stores where people can purchase medical equipment and supplies
• Henry Ford Continuing Care, two area long-term care facilities
• Henry Ford Extended Care, private pay individualized care for clients in the home, hospital or nursing facility.
• Home Health Care, in-home nursing, physical, occupational and speech therapies; wound care therapy; home health aide services; medical social work services; and nutritional counseling
• Hospices of Henry Ford, experts in end-of-life care, providing symptom control, pain management, comfort care and grief counseling
• Occupational Health
• Henry Ford OptimEyes, retail optical shops where patients can have eye exams and order glasses and contacts
